Emerald Coast Direct is a sole proprietorship operated by Anthony P Williams in Gulf Breeze, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The dates, guest count, or property details you enter
  • Anything you write in a message field
  • Whether you ticked the box consenting to text messages

We also receive basic technical information that any website receives — the pages you visited and roughly when. We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card numbers, government identification, or any other sensitive information through this site.

Why we collect it

To answer you. If you ask for a quote, we use your details to send you a quote and to follow up about it. If you send a booking request on a property page, we use them to reply about those dates. That is the whole purpose.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not share it with advertisers. It is handled by three services that operate on our behalf:

  • HighLevel — the platform that runs this website and stores form submissions and our correspondence with you.
  • Stripe — if you become a client and pay an invoice. Stripe handles the payment; we never see your full card number.
  • Zoho — our email runs through Zoho Mail, so any email correspondence sits there.

Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it.

Text messages

We only text people who ticked the consent box on one of our forms. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Consenting to texts is never a condition of getting a quote or booking anything.

We never share, sell or rent your mobile phone number or your SMS consent. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Your number is passed only to the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no fee, no explanation needed. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link that works.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of cookies needed to make pages and forms work, and to tell us in aggregate which pages get visited. We do not run advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser; the forms may stop working if you do.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection and form submissions are stored in our platform account behind a password and two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if we ever learn that your information has been exposed.

Children

This site is for property owners and travellers doing business. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
