A quiet three-bedroom on the sound side with a screened porch, an outdoor shower, and a short walk to the Gulf. Set up for families: full kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and a wagon in the closet, high chair and pack-n-play on request. Parking for two vehicles.

Questions
Is booking direct safe?
You'll get a written rental agreement and a receipt before any money changes hands. Payment is by card through a secure processor — the same networks the booking sites use.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% between 30 and 14 days. Inside 14 days the stay is non-refundable, though we'll always try to re-book the dates and refund what we recover.
How do I get in?
Keypad entry. You'll get your personal code and directions by email three days before arrival.
Who do I call if something breaks?
The owner's cell — answered directly, not a call center. The number is in your confirmation.
